Christian
radio is something we practically
take for granted in America. But
in other parts of the world it is
rare indeed.
A few years
ago, Christian FM became involved
with the very first FM Christian
station in the nation of Peru. Our
brothers there have overcome
mighty obstacles and demonic
opposition to see Christian music
and teaching programs introduced
to the airways in the southern
part of that nation. God has begun
a harvest of souls that has
resulted in astounding church
growth. Peru is one of the
"harvest fields" in the earth
today, and we are blessed to be a
part of this harvest.
On August 1,
a team from Christian FM will be
making the trip to work with our
sister station in Peru.
Along with street outreaches, we
will also do some renovation and
repairs at the station.
We have high
hopes and great anticipation for
this trip. We believe it is an
important time in which we will be
able to reach more souls.
We also
have some very specific needs
pressing. There are some
materials we
immediately must purchase upon
arrival. There are also critical
pieces of equipment we need to
service or replace.
